To use our service, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, or publish any part of our website without our prior written consent.
All content created on our website, including but not limited to lesson plans and curriculums, is the property of our company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Lesson plans and curriculum can and will be shared with other subscribers and anyone else our company chooses to share with for informational or educational purposes.
Lesson Plans and curriculums may not be shared by subscribers with anyone other than for the intended purposes of the content. For example, sharing a lesson plan or curriculum with another parent who does not subscribe to the service is in breech of these terms of service and may lead to termination of the user account and further legal action.

Our service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through our service.
